darrell started playing guitar at age 14. at 16, he joined the local
band Strychnine. after a solid year of playing with Strychnine, he
decided to leave and pursue bigger and better things. in august of
1998, he met up with joey roberts and doug johnson and formed citf.
since then, he has been perfecting his style by incompassing as many
different influences as possible. some of which are: TOOL,
spineshank, soulfly, system of a down, dr. dre, incubus,
eminem, deftones, a perfect circle, outkast, slipknot, and
vision of disorder.
